Okhotsk salting is something new. Flat yellow fleshy stripes, rather tough when biting like a back of a well-dried Caspian roach.

It is manufactured according to a special recipe, of thoroughly selected fish of the Gadidae family fished out in the Sea of Okhotsk, in the eastern part of the Pacific Ocean. Our own production process according to traditional recipes. Super-product which has no analogues.

Cutting is also a unique one. Filleted fish is chopped into strips of the same size. 30 g packs contain 16-25 cm strips, and 18 g packs contain 5-7 cm strips.
